Concept UX redesign for a Dutch startup Teamily. Studying data from Google Analytics, Teamily had  many new users signed up to use their new web app but they lost many of them who actually started a new project within the app. 

The redesign idea was based on giving users more of a glimpse of what they could expect and how the add could be beneficial for them. Asking new users to fill in answers and information about themselves, can be a big step if you don't give away enough reasons for them to do so.
